- The living room can be rented in the period from 10:00 am to pm.
- The price includes use of the fitness center, the indoor swimming pool, buffet breakfast, as well as wireless Internet.
- There is a possibility of free renting baby cots and a baby feeding chair in the breakfast room.
- Check in is from 2:30 pm and check out until 11:30 am.
- Children under 5 years do not pay for accommodation and breakfast.
- Children from 6 to 12 years pay 50% of the accommodation price.
- Children aged 12 and older pay full accommodation.
- Children under 7 years do not pay the tourist tax.
- Children from 7 to 15 years pay 50% of the tourist tax.
- People with disabilities, foreign nationals who are relieved by international conventions and agreements from paying the tax and persons that are staying in the hotel for longer than 30 days are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
- Payments are made exclusively in dinars. Payment can be made by: cash, credit cards, as well as through a bank account.
- Possibility of payment on 3 monthly installments without interest, with credit cards of Komercijalna Banka - Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS:
- If a group booking (6+ rooms) is canceled 14 days before arrival at the hotel, the booking is canceled without charge (refund possible).
- If a group booking is canceled within 0-14 days before arrival, in case of no-show or shortened stay, the total amount of the booking will be charged based on the confirmation or proforma invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
- If an individual booking is canceled 5 days before arrival at the hotel, the booking is canceled without charge (refund possible).
- If the booking is canceled within 0-5 days before arrival, in case of no-show or shortened stay, the total amount of the booking will be charged based on the confirmation or proforma invoice.
